Todd Jeys - Owner
Todd came to Texas in November 1992 to work for his uncle, where he began learning the art of making custom saddles. He stayed employed there for almost 11 years, then he decided to go out on his own. Jeys Saddlery was established in April 2004. Todd started his business out of his home and then moved to his current location on Chadbourne St., here in San Angelo.
Currently Todd has 4 full-time employee's. We take the time to get to know our customers and to make each saddle by hand, one saddle at a time. Our craftsmen specialize in tooling, stitching, and finishing your custom saddle to your exact specifications. Our shop is not just known for saddles. We make a wide variety of items, all custom to your requests. If you don't see exactly what you are looking for or you just have an idea, feel free to inquire about it and it can be made by Jeys Saddlery.
Saddles are built around rawhide-covered
wood trees. The tree style and size used for
each saddle depends on the type of saddle,
size of horn, cantle, and saddle size. We
use top quality trees.
Jeys Saddlery is definitely a family owned
and run business.
Alyssa spends time frequently in her dad's
shop learning the skills to make leather
products.
Bodey is hard at work trying to help his dad.
The pommel is carefully tooled in place with
whatever design you have chosen.
Panfilo steadily works as each saddle is
assembled and finished by hand.
